We are changing the way business is done with our clients. We have an immediate opening in our Customer Support Department for an excited, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual. We take a hands-on approach and facilitate the acquisition of new consumers and manage the long-lasting relationships that we establish. As an experienced team in customer support and sales, we seek to provide unique and innovative strategies to drive profitable growth for the clients we conduct business with.

While driving company growth is imperative, we also heavily focus on developing our Client . Investing in what matters most and actively developing our Customer Support Representatives, personalized to your learning style, has proven successful in providing effective solutions to our clients. Suppose you have an affinity for an interactive and hands-on space with others and someone ambitious in being solution-oriented with our consumers. In that case, our Customer Support Representative role is the ideal position for you!

As A Customer Support Representative You Will:

  • Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions
  • Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client’s customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
  • Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales
  • Maintain detailed customer account information including address, contact information, and billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients

What We Look For From Our Customer Support Representative:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
  • An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team
  • A self-starter with a competitive spirit to accomplish set targets and drive our clients’ growth forward
  • Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
